Spotted this on MyHome.ie... They are offering 25% off a BER assessment by Navitus at www.myhome.ie/offers BERs are required now on all advertising if you are selling or renting a home so might come in handy for anyone in that situation. Only available in Leinster areas but still a decent saving.
