    Is it possible for a woman to get pregnant with triplets where only two are true twins?

    I'm looking to have twin brothers who also have a twin sister.

    Yep. You can have two identical boys and a fraternal girl. Or you can have all three fraternal.

    I think you have even have triplets with three different fathers. If the plot required it.

    No, you're quite right. You have to rub vicks vaporub on the soles of your feet and put on some socks for that to happen. Or is that to stop coughing...?
