    Hi all
Working on Citroen 2cv restoration, just had the welding done and now looking at doing the prep for painting. I will not be painting it as it would be waaay beyond me but I want to as much prep beforehand to cut down on my labour costs. I have used body filler in the past (long ago) and I am out of touch with options / brands available to me, I am looking to buy on quality not price, I dont mind paying a bit extra for a decent product so if any body out there can recommend a particular filler i would really appreciate it.
    Thanks in advance.

X2 on the fantastic filler, its a great filler very easy to work with going on and rubbing down

Looks good guys, thanks. I find that when I asked at my local motor factors they were recommending only the line that they sold so I feel happier getting the thumbs up from someone that has actually used a particular product.
I was thinking about filling the sills and was toying with the idea of spraying in oil and then injecting expanding foam, am i mad ?????????.

I wouldn't do that, Expanding foam more than likely contains silicon which would play havoc with the painting causing it to react like mad which doesn't look pretty the same thing with using oil, you could do that after the painting you could use a wax oil, silicon is a spray painters worse enemy not easy to remove once contaminated!
