Cooking Courses Dublin

I'm looking to do a cooking course during the summer in Dublin. Does anyone know anything about such courses? I'm pretty much an amateur but have managed to cook up a few things in the past like fajitas, lasagne, beef burgers, baked potatoes etc. Like nothing majorly complicated but not too simple either.
