Interesting read, excerpt; "One study showed that vaping decreased lung capacity" link or it didn't happen! Lazy Journalism.

I wonder if that decrease is in comparison to analog smoking or compared to a Non smoker.

Edit - Found it myself, his study, Constantine I. Vardavas leads to nothing more than conjecture and doesn't seem to be worse than Tobacco smoking in respect of harmfulness.

But we kind of knew that anyways.
