I have an air drill and an air nail gun. I bought them second hand and never tested them I only went to try them recently and neither are working (lesson learned) I would like to get them tested/repaired any ideas ? I don't want to spend much but I don't want to bin them either.

What brand? What is exactly wrong with them?

this is a common problem with airtools if used on an air compressor with no filter or lubricator fitted can also result from non use where the air inlet valve stick in the closed position as the drill will have vains and most likely the airgun will have a piston cleaning and lubrication maybe all both need also make sure any airtools you use are not used over 90psi unless specified hope this helps if yu want to pm me i will talk to you on the phone re steps to take i repaired these in a different life many moons ago

That's very helpful will have a go and give you a pm if I run into problems. Your comments make complete sense as tools were lying up.

just be careful with opening the nail gun lots of small little components in some of them others are not 2 bad the airdrill is more straight forward just be careful when you unscrew the chuck end cover 3 little gears usually in that housing which can come free and then the fun begins and some nice language
