I just cant get over him

    I was going out with a guy for 3 months 2 years ago and he hasn't been off my mind since. It ended kind of suddenly, it was bad timing for both of us.

    Why can't I stop thinking about him? Its driving me mad. I've been in relationships since but this guy is always at the forefront of my mind. I've never told him how I feel nor have we ever tried again.

    I see him the odd time, increasingly rarely. Hes still a friend on facebook, and although I'd rather not delete him (hes a nice guy and I don't want to offend him), I'm starting to think maybe thats the only option. Why can't I get over him?

    In rare moments I think back on it clearly and recognise that he's not that great, hes not some outstanding guy, he just got under my skin and I feel ridiculous for still caring. What do I do?

    You answered your own question. You delete him and move on. He doesn't exist.
