This was the first race in God knows how long that I havent been able to see live and judging by the posts in the race thread and from following it on twitter it seems that it was a very exciting race! What did everyone think of it?

gave it a six, first half was close between the top two teams, team orders messed it up a bit but added a bit of controversy. Pity there wasn't another one or two drivers mixing it up at the front

6 probably. As often happens there was a lot of promise but it never quite came to fruition. Button would've finished ahead of Hamilton so Rosberg may have been allowed pass him to get the podium for Mercedes and who knows if he could've pushed the RBs for the last dozen or so laps.

    4. Not a great race. Lots of errors. Red Bull and Mercedes with team orders. Alonso crashed out when he should have pitted. Mclaren and Force India had terrible pit stops. Lotus were not as good as I thought they would be.

On the plus side Bianchi seems to be outperforming the car.

I gave it a six. Bar the Red Bulls nearly taking each other out most of the action happened in the pits

4 from me. 2 for the early racing and 2 for Webber's candour. Otherwise I thought it was a bit dull.

I gave it a seven. I felt it was more of a "strategy" race than a "racing" race, if that makes sense.

A lot of the overtaking was a result of tyres/DRS/engine advantages, rather than driver advantages.

The Red Bull subplot/main plot was very engaging and I think the drama of that as it happened, as well as the fallout, made it a race well worth watching live (sorry Frostie!)

I wish Alonso hadn't finished early, and that Lewis and Nico were able to race properly. Errors/failures at pitstop time can be exciting, but when so many happens I think it takes away from the race.

I gave it 8 because well.... was pretty amusing!

4 from me, it was a bit meh, if it wasn't for the red bull debacle and Lewis getting lost on his way to the pitstop, I doubt the race would be remembered for much, really.

8 from me. Good race. Alonso going out early, Rain, plenty action on track & in the pits, Webber getting the upper hand on vettel and the best part - the redbull nonsense.

I would say a solid 8 up until Mark yielded the line to Seb. The cruisefest at the end means I give 6. But the tension was great when the cameras were on the lads in the room before the podium.

Those 2 are gonna come to blows this year somewhere.

Merc should have let NR loose. Anyone care to guess where Fernando would have been ...

Hard to know, Massa didn't have great race pace and unlike last year his pace seems to bear some resemblance to Alonso's.

Gave it a 7, decent but the Merc's easing off near the end spoiled it a bit.
Surely the people who voted low didnt watch F1 in the early 00's

I can't speak for anyone else, but I've been watching f1 since before then, I gave it a low score because the Redbull and Mercs were all that exciting if Vettel hadn't thrown his toys out of the pram, and we didn't hear Nico on the radio there'd be very little to talk about for either of those teams. Nando out at the start of the 2nd lap, much as I like Massa he didn't have an interesting race in the least. Kimi and Grosjean didn't really do much of anything, etc Bianchi seems to have had a cracking race but I didn't see much of that on TV.

Relative to Australia and most of last season, it was pretty boring.

Also, Lewis must be delighted the Vettel/Webber story is such big news, his little diversion to McLaren would have been way bigger without it.
