Help with internet

    need help my laptop had a fall and had to replace screen (dell inspiron 1525) but now internet explorer cannot display webpage and am connected with full signal. Tried wireless and cable. When i diagnose connection problem its saying theres none. Opened laptop up nothing looks loose so what can it be. Any help please

    Have you turned off any firewall that might be installed?

    I have norton installed but didnt uninstall cos i dont know would that make any difference

    There's no need to uninstall it just try turning it off briefly to see if it is blocking access to the net.

    Working again had to remove internet security
