Missing dog from carna

My little girl brought home a flyer from school as one of the teachers family dog of 14 years has gone missing. The flyer says missing from carna and answers to pasty. Looks to be a bit like a sheep dog, similar to the picture in this post, but more black and tighter hair. Black in colour with white breast and white paws

I'm pretty sure this is my friends dog, Patsy, who was unfortunately found dead on the 23rd March in the early morning.
