In case any other quiet souls are in tonight like me, there's a program starting on Nat Geo at 9pm : Saxon Gold : finding the hoard, followed by the Viking Apocalypse program I mentioned on a thread earlier being replayed. I can vouch for the Viking program to be good, a large number of skeletons found, headless, which turned out to be vikings, in UK. So the question was, how did these vikings come to their death in that particular spot, and in such numbers ?

Slowburner maybe a sticky thread for good tv programs might be useful ? I'd follow that anyway, don't know if there are many documentary watchers here.
