    On windows 7 32bit

Tried from the disk and downloaded various versions from the HP site, each time I get a check on checking system and applying updates....preparing system for installation....then when it comes to installing software it crashes after 30 secs uninstalls everything and reboots the PC

have tried in safe mode..disabled firewall and AV and a number of other suggestions found from search...same problem each time, anyone any clues??

and when you finally get HP bloatware installed, you will wish you hadn't..
Look for a corporate preinstall version on HP, also is there a driver only download?

Also try unpacking the installer, remember location, stop the process, then have Windows look there for drivers.
