Opening an account in BOI Patricks Street

Hi, I already have a current account and a savers account with Bank of Ireland. I want to open up a Demand Deposit Account for saving http://personalbanking.bankofireland.com/savings/short-term/demand-and-reserve-deposit-accounts/ --- one of these.

However,there is no customer service section in the Bank on Patrick Street anymore, so if I went in on my lunch break how do I open an account?

Thanks for your query. In branches that do not have a customer service desk, please feel free to ask any member of staff on the floor for assistance.
