Mazda 323 2002 - Alarm keeps going off

I just bought this car today. I got it home and the alarm wont stop going off when I unlock the car. If I turn the key clockwise fully, then anti-clockwise I get some rest bite but not for long. As soon as I open the car again or turn on the ignition it goes again.

The dealership is closed until Monday so I'll have to figure something out. I opened the fuse box under the bonnet and none of them appear to be related to the alarm.

The sunroof seems to be broken, so I'm wondering is this what is causing it.. but after I get into the car and stop it, then turn the ignition on, it goes off again... so not sure how it can be related to the sun roof.

Can anyone tell me how to kill it?

    Thanks.

Open each door, boot and bonnet and check around the sensors which detect if they are open that they are not obstructed or dirty.

Is it a factory alarm or one someone fitted?

Thanks. I'm not sure if it's factory or not, I'd guess it is.

I have found a temporary workaround: If I centrally unlock the car via the hatchback (and not the front doors) the alarm will be disabled. I just have to get into that habit. When I'm getting my next service I'll ask a mechanic if it's cheap to fix.

If not, I'll just keep this habit, it doesn't feel as strange as it sounds.
