you could also try Hugh o Neill also at the maldron in oranmore. he is very good

Look up Claire Rooney in Oranmore. She is more highly qualified than most in the west of Ireland plus an Irish Record holder for womens weightlifting while being in serious shape. Best money I ever invested in a trainer full stop.
