    Hi,
Just wondering if you think the spec below is good value.

Cost is coming in at 1099 Euro.

Intel Core i7-3630QM processor (up to 3.40GHz, 6M cache)
    Windows 8 64bit
    2GB Nvidia GeForce GT 650M (3D)
    2 X 1TB 5400rpm with 32GB Msata SSD
Optical Drive : Blu-ray Disc BD-Combo (Reads BD and Writes to DVD/CD)
17.3in 3D Full High Definition (1080p) LED Display with TrueLife
    8 GB Ram (2 X 4 GB) 1600 MHz DDR3
    Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N 2230 Card (802.11n + BT 4.0)
1 year Next Day In Home Service

    Cheers for all the advice.

If you're just adding up the components, the price is OK, however, the Inspiron 17R SE is not a gaming laptop. The GT 650M is a lower mid-range GPU.

If you want to play games, have a look around at PC Specialist, you'll get a laptop with a much better graphics card within your budget. For example the Optimus IV. Configure to your likings, if you already have an operating system, you can order without Windows and save €100.
