    right cv boot is cut
both rear axle and wishbone bushes are worn

cv boot - 20 - 25 quid, stearing rack gater - 15 ish , on rear axel, if you mean tralling arm bushes , then something 40 ish (plenty in ebay as it is pretty common problem), wishbone bushes .. not sure which are gone, not expensive... . so, 100 quid ish for parts, i can't really say how much for labor, i was fixing my own rover 400 series good while ago, they have same suspension like honda civic.
Labour could be 150 quid, maybe more, to change steering gator, i think tie rod has to take off, you may will need do tracking after that, rear wishbones easy enough to get sorted, but tralling arms... a bit hassle, i was taking off complete rear axle , to press out old ones, and pres in new ones, but i believe there is way around that.... i was doing for myself, so was doing proper way :D
