The eject button on my car stereo is broken. The cd that's in it is working away fine but it cannot be ejected.

It is the original SEAT cd/radio that came with the car 2003. I don't know how to get the fascia off to see if it is a spring problem. I’ve tried the car keys half a scissors a strong bit of wire but I can't get it to work. Any thoughts?? Thanks.

The fault you have is a very common one . Your problem is not a spring or switch but the actual eject button itself..... a small piece has broken off it.
The eject button cannot be replaced or repaired.. you will see why when the face is removed. Dont despair ..there is a fix for this fault as I have done it many times.
