    Hey,
    I'm trying to translate the words at the beginning of this video- its just a few words at the start- so any help at all would be appreciated! I've made some attempts so far, but Russian is not my strong point!

    The video is available on youtube called ' Shot put USSR : Basics of training young shot putters'.

    The name of film in the beginning is "Basics of training young shot putters''.

    The first few words of narrator are:

    ''Shot put as a form of athletics is more than a century.

    The first world record in the shot put is the third sports category norm today..''
