Fr Ted question

There's a character in Fr Ted that continuously laughs while he talks, I'm trying to find the episode he was in but can't : (

(Think he only appeared in one episode)

He can't complete a sentence without bending over laughing, mostly with "ha ha has, he he hes" mid sentence etc.

I've series linked every Fr Ted I can find and nothing, so I'm hoping fellow TV Boardsies can help me.

Have a friend who's started doing the same thing so finding this episode will be a great way of taking the piss out of him : )

The episode is called Competition Time. It's the one with Ted, Dougal & Jack dressed as Elvis.
