Rain Leak

    Not sure if this is the right place to ask this but I have a leak. I live in a ground floor apartment and the wind is driving the rain against the balcony doors. The weird thing is the leak seems to be coming down from the ceiling just above where the two balcony doors close together. I've checked with my neighbour upstairs and he doesn't have any leaks at all so it doesn't seem to be coming from his apartment. It only happens when the wind is blowing in towards the doors. Any ideas who I can call about this? A roofer maybe but it's not a roof problem as such! Any thoughts most welcome!
