Hi, The radiator fan wasnt coming on in my car, so I checked the cooling system and Thermostat seemed ok , no warnings on the dash
I checked the fan off the battery and it worked fine
I then changed the coolant temp sensor and the fan ran for a second after a long idle and a few seconds after a good rev. not enough to reduce the temp.

Question does the car ecu need to be reset on the focus after changing temp sensor?
