Reynolds 531 steel frame shimano 600 ultegra bike. 56cm. I had it built in London about fifteen years ago Mavic rims everything pretty much original. It has been in my garage unused since October 2001. 325euros.

    any chance of a photo

is the shamino 600 an STI gear system ?

    What does the bike weigh

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 65 ✭✭Kevtade

No.It has the downtube shifters. Actually i have no idea of the actual weight but it is light for a steel frame

Is it STI as in is it a single click gear change or is it a case of 'feel' for gear change?

I think it may have been Quest. it was built by the Bikeshop on Pinner road Harrow Middx. It was red and white but i had them respray it a couple of years later.

I am interested but wouldn't be down until Easter weekend, I will see how the finances are next week and make you an offer then.

RobFowl, the ball is in your court.

I would be interested in the groupset and wheels if you had any interest in splitting it?? Might also take bars and stem depending on sizes?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 65 ✭✭Kevtade

Make me an offer I can't refuse

Is everything in working order? What length are cranks? Any marks on brake levers? Is it a 7 speed cassette? Are they 600 hubs on wheels? Are wheels true and hubs running smooth?
    Thanks

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 65 ✭✭Kevtade

Everything working perfectly. I don't think the levers are marked. 600hubs and wheels perfect. I think the cranks are 175

Offer of 150e for wheels and full group set (brakes, chainset, shifters, brake levers, chain, cassette, bottom bracket and deraillers, headset). I might also be interested in bars stem seatpost and saddle for which I would pay extra, depending on sizes
