We didn't qualify last year because of stocking. I had a look at the Dept. website but there was only stuff about 2012. Can I apply online or do I have to ring someone and get forms sent out? Thanks

The application form is automatically sent out by the Dept. to all active herd owners - they normally send them out at the end of March/beginning of April but, for whatever reason, they were late last year and didn't get sent out until the middle of April.

Blank forms will probably be made available a week or two before the closing deadline (15/05/13) on the Dept. website but if you need one before then, you'll have to ring the Portlaoise office and ask for it. The direct number for DAS section is 1890-200-114.
