    Hi all,

If I have a property that I bought last year and I want to use it now as a crèche what are the implications of doing so?

Do I have to declare it to the government as a commercial property or what should I do? As it will be a business everything will be legit and taxes returned correctly etc however should I expect to pay extra tax because I bought it as a normal residential property?

    Thanks in advance

    Andrew

Applying for planning permission would probably be one of the first things to do
