Regina Extra America and Park Tool

This is a long shot, but I need to remove a 6-speed Regina Extra America cassette and research leads me to belive I may need a Park Tools freewheel remover, the FR-4:

It's only a tenner, I know, but I thought I'd ask here if anyone had one they'd lend me or could even confirm that I'm looking for the right item?

No major rush, need it for old HED3 wheel I'm converting for track. I'll text you about it, if that's cool?

From memory I believe a campag or maybe a Shimano freewheel / cassette removal tool will fit. If you have one, I'd try it for fit.

I did. Campag was closest, but still too big. Spline's looked about right though.

Sorry for reviving this old thread but I'm looking for that exact same extractor. I'm in Galway though
