Can't Install IIS

Loaded up IIS yesterday only to get an "XML is not well-formed error" when trying to access the sites. A quick Google recommended uninstalling and reinstalling IIS, Uninstall went fine but now I can't reinstall it: "An error has occurred. Not all of the features were successfully changed.". Any suggestions? It's IIS6 on…
