Has anyone used this online accounting package? I am interested in it, but would like some views on it before spending too much time on it. Specifically do you have to enter each purchase invoice / sales invoice / payment seperately or can you enter an entire batch at one go?

    Hi JD Dublin

Sage One Accounts will allow you to enter purchase and sales invoices and payments but it does not include the functionality to do so in batches. If you would like to have a look at the package there is a free 30 day trial available which would allow you to see if it would meet your needs.

If batch entry is a key requirement for you I would suggest to take a look at an alternate product such as Sage Instant Accounts or Tas Firstbooks. Both of these are desktop products which include the batch entry option. If you would like more information on any of these products please just let us know.
