Bit of a strange question. I'm in a ghost estate and a slate tile from the roof of the empty house next door has fallen off. Would NAMA be responsible for getting this seen to or should I contact the developer who used to own the estate?
    Any advice appreciated.

I'd start with the Developer, if he is still around.
While he may not be too interested, especially if the houses are no longer under his control, but he should be able to tell you who ''owns'' the house, and they should take an interest, to protect their asset from further damage.
