    Got a small crack in my rad....its on the plastic filler neck, can these rads be repaired...???

    What model car is it for?
    Generally no, plastic gets brittle with age and parts like that are just swapped. Not the whole rad, just the plastic bits*.

    *My mistake, I was thinking of the expansion tank of an e36.

    It wouldnt be advisable to repair the plastic part of a rad because it has to withstand a lot of pressure.

    Your best bet would be either second hand or one from a motor factors.
