Came across this site while looking for a product.

Free international delivery & they accept paypal.

Use code SNOW10 for 10% off (ends 31st of march)

Code thanks to me googling & finding the ever handy HUKD
Discount codes exclude the following brands: Stila, Gatineau, ghd, Ole Henriksen, Lily Lolo & Moroccanoil

EDIT: There may be custom charges as it's shipped from jersey island. Read thread :)

You will get charged customs on stuff from feel unique. I bought the wife some christmas presents from feel unique and it cost 118 euros for the stuff and customs was 38 euro extra. Plus the delivery took about 3-4 weeks. Never again

    Must be like play.com.
I only ordered one item that worked out at 20euro so hopefully it'll be ok for me.

I use them for a lot of stuff and I've never had a problem with anything coming from them. I've always found them reliable and they're normally about €5 cheaper than any of the shops here for stuff

I have used them numerous times, good value, good customer service and no hassle with delivery.
Would recommend them as an onlline retailer of value.

Used them last Saturday when they had a 17% discount offer for st patricks weekend.
Order arrived today to me, so happy out.

I order from them all the time. I have only ever been charged customs once and i emailed them a photo of the receipt and they refunded me the charges - like 5 minutes later...no questions asked. Brilliant.

I think its a VAT issue. Only low value purchases like sub circa £20 qualify as VAT free.

I've had the exact same experience - I regularly buy Kerastase products from them and they always refund the VAT immediately.

If you get charged customs, they'll refund. It's the delay that An Post cause while investigating thebpackage thst bothers me. The last time I ordered from them it took 25 days to be delivered. I don't care about customs cgarges but the delay is a pain when you're waiting on something you need.

I have ordered from them numerous times and have been caught for customs twice. As previously mentioned I just sent proof of customs charge and it was refunded. Great website

Thanks just save €8 on vitamins and free delivery

I emailed them about custom charges and got the following response,

"Your goods are dispatched from Jersey which is not part of the EU and occasionally packages are charged customs tax.

However, as a goodwill gesture we do refund these charges up to the value of the order.

If this should happen, please attach a copy of the tax receipt as a PDF/JPEG to this email and we’ll gladly refund you for these additional charges and enclose your order number."

As Closifer said on this thread, they refunded him within 5 minutes.

Received my order yesterday with no problems.

Might be better to keep with small one off orders as bigger orders could get caught with customs... but they have said they will refund up to the price of the item if you do get caught.

Just got a delivery notification from An post today and they're looking for a customs fee! So I've just emailed feel unique and I'll wait and see what happens. Has anyone tried getting using Parcel Motel so that you don't end up paying duty as you can use the English Parcel Motel & they'll delivery it here. Anyone know if this would work?

That's unlucky. Feel Unique have said before that they will refund any customs charges.

Let us know how you get on and how quick they refund the difference.

That's what I'm hoping and next time I might just use my Parcel Motel account as they'll just ship it to them in the UK & they'll bring it here for me so I should be ok. At least I hope so.

I'll let you know how I get on

I made my first order from feelunique.com just over 2 weeks ago blissfully unaware of potential delays with delivery. 2 weeks later and my items still haven't arrived. I contacted customer service by email and got a reply straight away to say "Worldwide deliveries normally take 7-28 days but occasionally it can take slightly longer, so we do ask that you allow up to 28 days to receive your order. "

When I ordered, I did see that delivery could take 7-14 days. I didn't see anything about 28 days and beyond! Anyway fingers crossed it arrives soon. It's a shame about delivery because otherwise it's a great site with a great range of brands at good prices.

Ive ordered from them a few times and TBH the delay probably indicates that it has been stopped by customs and that you will be charged a fee. They will refund it straight away though when you email them a pic of the receipt

Doh! not what I wanted to hear:( Thanks anyway for the information. Who contacts you about the fee and how is it paid normally?

I know its a pain but its easily sorted. The postman will ask you for the money when he calls or else if you are collecting from the depot - you bring the cash with you. I then took a photo of the sticker customs placed on the package detailing the costs and I emailed it to Fell Unique Customer Care. They had refunded my card within 2 hours :)

Ive ordered from them 10+ times - only been caught for this twice!

Just an update - order arrived today (2 weeks after placing order). Hit with excise duty of €14  This was a small one-off order.

After emailing customer care for instructions, was advised to email a photo of the customs docket and they would refund it (as closifer mentioned). Did that. Got a reply then saying that as part of my order had been paid for using a gift voucher, that they would only be able to refund up to the value that had been paid for using the other method of payment

Got speaking to a very helpful customer advisor who eventually resolved it for me. They did also mention that for International customers you may need to allow up to 28 days for delivery and that it was rare for customers to be hit with the excise duty. Although she had noticed that more Irish customers had been hit in recent times and that they must be doing more targeted spot checks.

I raised with her that as an International customer placing your order, you have no idea of these potential delivery delays/excise payments until after the event.

Just posting this in case it helps someone decide whether to use them or not. Its way too misleading, slow and inconvenient for me so unfortunately I wont be using them again.

As Sweet Brown says, "Ain't nobody got time for that"!!:D

Yes, I just ordered some stuff (which took ages to come) and I have been left a note from the Post Office to say that I owe them €17.50! I wasn't expecting that and I am a bit fed-up. I have been onto the feel unique website and they do say that they will reimburse any custom charges so I am going to try that and see if that is the case. The salon skincare site is a lot better (and they deliver from the North so it is a lot quicker)!
