    Hey guys,
Been wanting to expand my knowledge of drinks lately and learn as much as I can about the different types. I am interested in learning cocktail making to a professional standard. The internet is a great learning tool but I would love to attend a class around Dublin.
The problem with this is a lot of the classes on offer are aimed towards Hen nights and are less formal.
Are there any more professionally orientated classes around Dublin?

    Any advice gladly received.

Edit: just seen the DIT course, 36 hours in total. Anyone done it? Is it worth 500 quid?

Check out the classes hosted by the Blind Pig (Mixologic). The guy behind it is a great mixologist and could be a good starting point for you.
