Hi All, What would be an average salary for a temp Administrator who has been in the specific job for 3 years, so 3 years experience and is being offered a full time contact by the employer then are temping in? As in 9 to 5 Monday to Friday. Just curious? Thanks Gaz

Coluld vary a lot, depending on the specific job. I was in a similar position in 2011, had only 6 months in the role but years of relevant experience elsewhere, and offered 22k.

But really it comes down to what money you can get offered for a job elsewhere.
