The best way to find out is to Google them and see what they say on their website. If you know you want to submit women's fiction, draw up a list of agents and publishers who list women's fiction or commercial fiction among their specialties. You'll find most UK and Irish publishers in The Writers and Artists' Yearbook, available in your local library.
