Normally the shows right after mania WWE decides to debut a new superstar or two, now my question is of the fcw roster who would you bring up and with what gimmick?

For me the soundest option would be ohno... A ready made programme with cesaro stemming from their history... Cessaro talks about how he defeated everybody in the back and greatest us champ bla bla...cue ohno coming out and defeats him for the title on his debut match ( they did it with santino and carlito). Announcers could explain their history and boom a new stars debuts and anew meaningfully midcard fued.

Obviously there are other guys is like to see brought up like bray Wyatt but I think he would need the family and two heel groups may be overkill.

I think once graves is brought up he will get a good push unlike Dallas or even steamboat who just scream generic babyface.

Pac and Xavier woods would be great to see also brought up. Give Pac a little colour so he doesn't end up like Bourne, a mask or something and make him what sin cara didn't live up to.

To me though only ohno is the the best choice that and a Christian return, anybody got other ideas? Maybe some returning stars?

As far as Gimmicks go Leo Kruger and Bray Wyatt are ready to debut. They stand out more than annyone else.

Corey Graves wouldn't last if he debuted imo, needs a lot of work to get to the point where he commands your attention.

Slightly (ok very) off topic, but there's usually always a good debut/return after Wrestlemania.

    Notables, to my immediate knowledge, include;
    WM12 Mankind, Marc Mero (in-ring)
    WM14 X-Pac
    WM18 Brock Lesnar
    WM24 Cryme Tyme
    WM28 Brock Lesnar, Tensai

    Am I missing (m)any?

Umaga the night after WM22, if you count that one.
Ryback wasn't the night after, but he did debut with that character the first SD after WM28.
    Goldberg (maybe) in 2003?

Yep as noted two posts above your own :D

I posted this on another thread but maybe it would be more appropriate here.

With the Hell No vs Ziggler and Big E Langston match set to happen, we are faced with the likely scenario of a superstar making his in-ring debut on the Grandest Stage of them All.

Outside of celebrities, has this ever happened before? The only one I can think of is possibly Giant Gonzales at Wrestlemania 9. Any others?

I'd say The Wyatt family(Bray and gang) are a cert. Hopefully they get a decent push. Very interesting characters and all solid in ring.

As it stands, we could have two debuts, if Fandangoo also is held off...

Bray Wyatt is very entertaining. Could it be a returning Christian revealed after Mania? Connor OBrian is intense but not great in the ring. I had a dream last night that Oliver Grey was the next big thing - weird!

Bray Wyatt is ready to go but he's part of a package. The question is whether the entire Wyatt family are ready and if they're not, better to wait until they are.

Ohno could be brought up. I'd like to see them do something with Bo Dallas too. I see big things in his future. I'm not convinced on Graves; I think he could get lost. I'd like O'Brian to have a go as long as they change his awful name and give him something decent for his character - Oblivion or something like that.

I think they need to bolster their women's division. I think Summer is strong enough to be brought up to Raw or Smackdown. I've high hopes for Paige but I don't think she's ready in-ring wise. I want to see Paige and A.J. have a rivalry at some stage. I think they could have a great feud - not in-ring wise but in terms of the personality clash between the two.

Aksana should be on the main roster imo. I think she's quite underrated. I think they could do a lot more with her character. If they don't trust her in the ring then at least use her as a valet. They have Natalya as Khali's valet at the moment when she's better off wrestling. Doesn't make much sense to me.

Mike Rotunda aka IRS is his dad and Taylor Rotunda aka Bo Dallas is his brother.

I have another idea about Wyatt, I mentioned it before. For me Wyatt doesn't need his 'family' to be promoted with him, that came about thanks to his injury and he wasn't able to wrestle for a while. He could easily debut himself before recruiting some followers later on.

Actually it would be a waste of a good introduction story if he debuted with followers - instead they could put time into him turning a fan favourite into a follower. For me I think Brodus would be perfect for that role. Wyatt with an established guy like Brodus (now a monster) is way better than Wyatt and two followers the 'universe' don't know. A guy like Kofi could do with it either/as well. He could finally branch out from jobber face and into something more serious, see what he is really made of.

Pretty sure Gonzales competed on tv between his debut at the RR and WM9. I recall him competing in a battle royal on Raw around this time.
