$5 to test a beta product?

I think I'll stick with SwiftKey.

This keyboard came out officially yesterday and I've been test driving it for 24 hours. It takes a little bit of getting used to, but I like it. The one area it falls short is when typing a URL in Chrome - as soon as you type "www." it pulls the first URL from your history. Anything you type after that gets added to the middle of the URL. Very annoying.

A bit cheeky charging for what's labeled a beta, but it shows great promise.

Over 6 months since my last post and it's officially out of beta (v2.0 was released today).

I didn't think anything would get me off swiftkey, but I've been using Minuum for the last 4 months now. They've really nailed the algorithm for predicting what word you're typing, and for any seasoned typist (who knows where letters are on a keyboard), this is faster than swiftkey.

Trial version available if you want to try it: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.whirlscape.minuumfree
