Did my first test 3 weeks ago now and failed , reapplied and have gone on cancelation list , il applied 3 weeks ago, was told cancelation list is quick , given I was only waiting 3 weeks to get a date for first test . Is 3 weeks waiting on cancelation list long ?

Technically you are required to wait 3 weeks between tests to allow for practice to clear driving faults from previous test. But as said ring them as there's lots of availability at Centres now.

Discuss any info you are concerned about during these sessions
If in doubt get the Instructors reasoning for advice
It's a two way deal not you just listening
    Good luck again
