    Someone has filed a denuncia against me in Spain so that I cannot visit there next week........

    Thanks I have but a lot of the information is about noisey neighbours etc, Im flying there next week

    Then contact a lawyer in Spain, one of the google searches linked to a lawyers leaflet on the issue.

    Or are you really going to take the advice of complete strangers on the Internet on what may or may not be a serious issue.
