Hi all,
Just a question for anyone who has built in recent years. Was there a huge difference in price between timber joists and concrete slabs for 1st floor? Builder reckons that there was a huge difference years ago but not so much now. Obviously we would love to go with the concrete slabs but cost may be an issue. I will be getting quotes in the coming weeks but I'd like to get a rough idea first.
