Wanted: small road bike

    Hi I'm looking for a small framed road bike to replace one that got stolen on me.
    I don't mind if its old or new as long as its fairly good.
    Don't have very much money to spend so maybe an older bike with decent parts might be more realistic.
    Need it fairly soon for commuting.
    Nearly finished bikes also considered.
