Advice needed for a small kitchen

The kitchen is roughly 8ft x 9ft in size and has 3 bulbs in a hanging light unit in the centre of the ceiling Just wondering what Watt bulb should I use for a room that size, using energy saving ones Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Got sorted, bought 3 Osram 11/51 watt energy A (warm white) bulbs, although they were €9 each
