I always found the sandtex to be great to use, and if I remember correctly the data sheets of both dulux and sandtex were similar. So they are of the same quality.

Dulux weathershield and johnstones stormshield are the best in my opinion.

They're all good, weathershield, santex, stormshield or fleetwood weatherclad. Whichever of those 4 you can get the best deal on. Sometimes you can get a 3for2 on dulux or santex.
