Hi all. Going on a long flight with ek a380 Seat 68a looks to be the best as its a window seat and has no seat in front of it. Plenty of leg room. From looking at pics of the seat online. It doesn't seem to have an tv. Anybody shed any light

The usual situation in this case is that the screen is folded down into or beside the armrest on these seats.

You simply pull it up when you require it.

Trust us, on an aviation board, we know what we are talking about it. There is a tv!

I really hope your right. Cause a 14 hour flight without a tv would just crack me up. I'd give up the extra leg room in a heartbeat for a tv

You lose a bit of width as the TV folds into the armrest for these and exit/bulkhead seats on many airlines.

Your header is a bit confusing........ especially after the recent door seal story about an A380.

    .....
Just in case the OP is unable to see......

....picture yourself in those seats....the TV is folded down beside your left ankle. It lifts up and the screen rotates so that it is in front of you. As you are beside an exit the TV screens will have to be folded back for take-off and landing.

OP, A similar setup... an Air France a380.

The third row from the back of this photo is an aisle row. There are no seat back tv sets. If you can see that the man on the aisle seat has his tv pulled up from the side of his seat.
You can see the screen and the grey metal support arm.

    Hope this helps.

The picture in question is of 68K. Corresponding 68A on the other side of the aircraft has the fold-away TV at your right leg. I have sat there on one occasion. Great seat and nice view of the wing.
