would not recommend this service to anybody for the following reasons

    My complaints

    1) customer service is a joke. They are poorly trained and inconsistent one small example-one guy told me I would be billed for e mobile calls ie to customer service. Never have been. You are better of trying to sort out technical problems yourself. Another guy explained away poor coverage by claiming it must be a local mast -service was working perfectly one eve but not the next day. What a joke. I fixed it myself.

    2) you pay 20 euro for a derisory 10gb when UPC sell you unlimited for only 40 euro

    3) the HTC hotspot facility rarely works without hassle and constantly disconnects. They sell HTC phones but the minute there is a serious issue with HTC-its always HTC's fault. They know feck all about their own products.

    4) when I wanted to cancel after 6 attempted phone calls to the loyalty team-it was a complaint to Comreg that got them to return an e mail.

I will come back with more complaints!

Just because it's marketed as broadband doesn't mean it actually is broadband
