Facebook App-Music

    Hey just wondering, if this is new or maybe I just noticed it recently, but the app Music on facebook, on first glance appears handy... instead of shifting through all music related posts on my newsfeed, I can find it under the Music tab now.. well that's what I thought anyway.

    I have liked and get updates to a lot of music related things on FB, artists but also music blogs, who post news and new songs and mixes.. trying to go through all of them on the front page is a pain as they are updated regularly and are hard to keep up with as it is... combine that with other people's posts and other interests and becomes even harder. So with Music I'm thinking that now I'll be able to find it all under here... but unfortunately a lot of the stuff that is posted in NewsFeed that is music related is not coming up on the Music tab, very little in fact and sometimes something completely irrvelevant pops up, like someone's birthday.. which hasn't got much to do with music tbh.

    So what I'm wondering is this a new thing, where music related content ( which involves friends spotify listening habits which is handy must say) is put into the Music app, is this new? If so, I guess it's just a matter of time for fixing everything so that it becomes an efficent filter.. or has it been around for a while and is just pretty ineffecitive. I can easily see posts form Friday and back, within a few posts, whereas on my newsfeed, I'd be seeing loads and loads of music related posts that would take a while to go through, and that's just one day.
