Will you eat/use that much lettuce and Strawberries? The berries are fine because you can always make jam or freeze them but Lettuce unless you stagger the planting comes all at once and can go to seed easily. No potatoes that I can see, is that intentional?

Lettuce probably not actually. Any suggestions as to something to replace it?
I will stagger the growth though. Can lettuce be grown with brassicas and legumes?
Strawberry s in our house are gone in seconds and cost a fortune to buy in the shops, as do blueberries and raspberries. Also the difference in taste between a home grown berry and a supermarket berry is huge.
Potatoes for me are cheap to buy in the Supermarkets and the taste is pretty much the same as homegrown spuds.

In the plan there is sweet pea and spring onion.
The spring onion are grown between the carrots and parsnips because I heard they are a good companion for each other?!
