Eircom router restrict access time via IP Address

Have a friend with an Eircom wireless routers. Think is a netopia one. He would like to only allow his kids mobile devices to connect to the internet at certain times of the day. I have a quick at the router control panel and there is an option to restrict access at certain times but it is a blanket ban so all devices…

Not much help on Netopia but I have used Fritz Box and Mikrotik both of which have that ability that you are looking for.
The Fritz is easier to program so if it was me I would change the router.
