    hey,

im athletic enough, going to the gym 5 days a week and swimming once. Ive gone to 1 yoga class and really enjoyed it. Id loved to keep it up but im going to be out of the country for the next 3 weeks.

Any suggestions on videos, teachers online? Im particularly interested in the breathing or relaxation vids.

Id also like the flexibility/physical side.

    Any advice welcome!:)

I would advise on doing a course of classes with a good reputable teacher first. You will benefit from their advise and their instruction making adjustments to your postures (Asanas) so as you gain more from it for yourself.
If you want to get two really good DVDs for yoga try to get your hands on "Anatomy for Yoga" with Paul Grilley and "Yin Yoga" with Paul Grilley.

All different teachers, levels and lengths of videos on that website. I've found it great!
