Irish Classes in DCU

    Hiya!

I'm a sixth year student trying to decide where to study Science in college. I really want to continue Irish and become fluent by the time I leave college, so I want to go somewhere that does Irish classes for students not doing an Irish degree.

Does anyone know if DCU does these? I know UCD, NUI Maynooth and as far as I can remember, Trinity do Irish classes.

    Thanks! :)

DCU Cumann na Gaeilge do some, yes! If you come here, just join up on clubs/socs day and they will give you more information about when they're on and the like. Also there's all kinds of social events as Gaeilge and a Ciorcal Cómhrá in the canteen so beidh an-chuid deiseanna agat anseo!

Always been meaning to call down and try pick up a cupla focal flower. Have yis any events left this year? Or any recommendations of a good place to start for a recent convert starting out. Pretty basic level. Haven't heard a word since I left pass Irish in the Leaving Cert like.

I'm sure there's some, I wouldn't know the specifics myself now. Sure give the facebook page a like and you're welcome to head down to whatever. Also you can join us for this semester for just €2 upstairs in the Hub!
