    Hi all,

    Can anyone recommend how best to calculate an hourly charge out rate for services?

    Take the hours wage, + travel expense/mileage, add maintenance of equip cost if required, % for office costs, % professional membership/cpd/software/keeping up to date with regs etc & then add vat. Then half it for current climate :)
